Project Rose is a duplex apartment in Holland Park that was lovingly refurbished during 2024. CSGD were appointed to deliver the MEP building services design along with a site supervision role.

CSGD carefully integrated the building services into the interior design, resulting in a beautiful monochrome finish framed with artwork by world-renowned photographer Nick Knight.
