There is a hint of the historical industry of the local area in the building materials with a mixture of slate and corten steel being used on the external facades.This stunning property will benefit from an air source heat pump delivering underfloor heating and hot water.Fresh air is delivered through a MVHR system with concealed fan coil units to ensure that the new owners stay comfortable throughout Summer.
CSG Design were appointed to provide the MEP design to RIBA Stage 3 including CIBSE TM59 overheating analysis.
